Consumer Price Index for South Sudan July 2016

The South Sudan annual Consumer Price Index (CPI) increased by 661.3% from July 2015 to July 2016. The increased was mainly driven by high price in food and non-alcoholic beverages. The annual CPI increased in Juba by 410.8% and in Wau by 379.9% from July 2015 to July 2016. The South Sudan monthly CPI increased by77.7% from June 2016 to July 2016. The monthly CPI increased by 72.9% in Juba and increased in Wau by 79.5%.
